Aldershot
Program RoomLearn about over-the counter products, then enjoy a walk!
Get out, get active, and enjoy the benefits of walking! Primary care pharmacist Monique Bergenwall discusses the safe and effective use of common over-the-counter medications and supplements. After the talk, spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and lively conversation.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us in the Aldershot program room in the library. We will then move to the outdoors to start the walk.
Walking is a wonderful form of physical activity, and we encourage people of all walking abilities to participate in this event—whether you complete the entire walk or join us for part of the journey. Walking devices, mobility aids, and walking companions are welcome. All participants must sign a waiver provided at the start of the walk.
Presented in collaboration with the Burlington Family Health Team and Just Walk
