Centennial HallAn introduction to herbal medicine ~ A Culture Days event
Discover herbal medicine—an ancient practice rooted in caring for the land and learning from nature. This session introduces the history of herbal medicine, its holistic approach to well-being, and medicinal herbs you may already have in your own pantry.
Enjoy a guided, sensory 'Goethean method' tea-tasting experience that encourages mindfulness and reflection. As you savour your tea, take time to draw or write about what you notice, feel, and learn. The herbal tea is provided. Please bring your own mug.
Presented in collaboration with Ontario Herbalist Association and Medicinale Botanic
